Description Sam Gleske 2012-05-21 18:09:51 UTC
Application: kontact (4.8.2)
KDE Platform Version: 4.8.2 (4.8.2)
Qt Version: 4.8.1
Operating System: Linux 3.2.0-24-generic-pae i686
Distribution: Ubuntu 12.04 LTS

-- Information about the crash:
- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I'm accessing KMail through Kontact. It crashes when doing most actions which view the mail in the preview pane (i.e. select multiple messages, view a single message, delete a message which shows another message in the preview pane).

This doesn't happen every time but it does happen when selecting around 5 messages. So after reading 5 messages it crashes pretty consistently.

- Custom settings of the application:

I have IMAPS set up and the mail I attempt to review is through IMAP. I also have LDAP for contacts set up though I don't think it's related.

The crash can be reproduced some of the time.

-- Backtrace:
Application: Kontact (kontact), signal: Segmentation fault
