Reproduce procedure:
- start konqueror,
- open few tabs.
- restart system.

After restart konqueror start sometime with render errors:
- status bar show part of another tab (that same errors I had in KDE 4.2)
- sometime vertical bar scrolling doesnt work correct

NVIDIA drivers: x11-drivers/nvidia-drivers-185.18.31
KDE version 4.3 from gentoo official portage (kdelibs-4.3.0-r1)

Its true, this is similar to that bugs. But there isnt solution at any of that reports.

Disortions at top and bottom of page view after vertical scroll

This is shot of konqueror after start system with autoload konqueror with many tabs opened. Afer that I tried to scroll vertical few pages. At all of tabs scroll doesnt work. It look like scroll works only at top ~20 pixels and bottom 20, centre of page doesnt scroll (confirmed at KDE 4.2 and KDE 4.3 - shot from KDE 4.2)
