The window list button on a panel seems to gradually 'lose' windows over time. For example, at present only Kopete, one Konqueror window and an one xterm show up in the window list from the button, while there are actually another couple of xterms, several Konqueror windows and Kmail open.
These show up in the window list that appears when you press alt-F5, but not in the button version.

Potentially related reports: bug #87610, bug #87484, bug #87612, and some others. Some may be kickerrc related though, some may not be. All seem to be using SUSE.. Seli, any chance you could take a look? Seems like quite a mess

I just switched from SuSE to Slackware, using the packges off kde.org and the problem has dissapeared, so it probably is SuSE specific.
