SUMMARY
Please watch the attached screen recording.
The annimation is weird when I open 'More options' menu and the clicked button looks buggy when said menu is closed. Can reproduce only on Wayland.

EXPECTED RESULT
no visual glitch

Can reproduce with a horizontal panel, but not a vertical panel.
