SUMMARY
Launcher not closed on focus loss when a Properties dialog is open.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Application Launcher
2. Under "Recent -> Documents", right-click on a folder or file and select Properties.
3. Click on another application's window or on the desktop.

OBSERVED RESULT
The Properties dialog loses focus, but the launcher popup is still open and obscures whatever is behind it, even if it's an application window which is now focused.

EXPECTED RESULT
The launcher popup should be closed immediately on focus loss.
