Using Kubuntu 9.10 x86_64
Added the backports PPA repo today to try KDE 4.4.

Before Crash:

* Removed all files from a demo user (/home/demo) to start fresh.
* Created 4 desktops, configured each desktop to be an activity.

First Problem:

* Added Pager to Task Bar
* Desktop Background Image was replaced with a fixed color and background was shifted slightly up and to the left.

Main Problem:

* Zoomed Out. Saw 5 desktops / Activities.
* Started trying to delete Desktops in an effort to get 4.
* Each deleted desktop was replaced with a new desktop - the total remained at 5.
* Finally managed to get a delete (X) button for the 5th desktop - clicked it
* Plasma Crashed.
