Version:           3.5.5 (using KDE 3.5.5, compiled sources)
Compiler:          Target: i486-linux-gnu
OS:                Linux (i686) release 2.6.19-ck1

Two scrollbars appear in http://www.hevydevy.com/hdr_mainpage.html with uptodate 3.5 SVN code. It was certainly OK in the past and because site haven't got any updates recently, it seems to be regression appearing after 3.5.5. Unfortunately I haven't older Konqueror at the moment to test with.

The same problem seems to be appear in http://www.ebuddy.com "MSN classic" webmessenger.

I fixed this bug in trunk today, but I don't understand how it could appear in  3.5.5 stock on the page you mentioned (http://www.hevydevy.com/hdr_mainpage.html) as it only appear there because overflow-x/y properties are used, which is a 3.5.6 feature.

I said it's regression which appeared _after_ 3.5.5 - ie. in 3.5 branch after 3.5.5 release.
