Hmm, I'm not sure that this bug is dupe of #138874 but at least both links works fine for me (3.5 svn 643k). Or what do you mean by "can't navigate"?
Sorry, english is not my strongest point :-) What i mean, is that i can't navigate inside the text boxes(codes:) on that pages using the scrollwheel. I can't even focus the keyboard over it to use the up and down keys.
