Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.5.7)
Installed from:    Gentoo Packages
Compiler:          both gcc 4.2.0 x86_64 AND 4.1.1 i686 
OS:                Linux

Tested in both 3.5.7 x86_64 and 3.5.5 i686.  Both systems Gentoo.  To see the problem, try going to www.icefaces.org  The pages aren't rendered properly when you need to scroll down.  If the first page all fits on one page, try going to 
http://www.icefaces.org/main/product/product-overview.iface

and try hitting page down.  icefaces is an open-source implementation of AJAX, and I'm using it for work which is how I stumbled upon this rendering error, Opera, Firefox, Safari and IE (all tested in Windows) render these pages correctly.

Fixed in KDE4 (verified with konqueror beta2)
