SUMMARY
I have 60 as height for my task bar. Weather icon in system tray is not scaling properly. Regarding overlap I guess there are duplicated bugs here.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In system tray settings enable weather report
2. Configure the weather for any city
3. Get plasma shell task bar in edit mode and make its height as 60. 

OBSERVED RESULT
We see inconsistent scaling for weather report icon compared to other system tray icons

EXPECTED RESULT
Weather icon should scale as rest of the icons in system tray
