To reproduce:

While the application launcher or krunner is open, enter a Kwin keyboard shortcut (like super + left) and the window will be resized according to the shortcut. Since the window isn't resizable through handles I assume this is unintended behavior. Also, I know of no way to restore them to their normal sizes without something like logging out and back in.

OBSERVED RESULT
Focused windows are resized.

EXPECTED RESULT
These windows should not be resizable via keyboard shortcuts.

Linux/KDE Plasma: Arch on Linux 5.14.14

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
While this could be considered a feature, it should be more obvious to users and  more "intentional". Right now it's much more likely to confuse people.
