SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a window e.g. Okular
2. Switch the focus to another window e.g. Kickoff
3. Observe header + titlebar

OBSERVED RESULT
Titlebar goes inactive than header goes inactive

EXPECTED RESULT
Titlebar and header go inactive at the same time (+ any other items that enter a inactive state)

It can be partially fixed by removing Colors:Header:inactive from the .colors text file.

Confirmed in 6.0 RC1. 
Very obvious when using different colors for active vs inactive titlebars, and focus follows mouse. Moving cursor from an active window to the top of another window, the next window does not show as active if the mouse is kept in the top ~1/3 of the title bar.
