SUMMARY
I vaguely remember this didn't happen in 6.5.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open two Dolphin windows side by side.
2. Click on Window #1.
3. Click on Window #2.

OBSERVED RESULT
The top area flickers for an instant when switching active/inactive colors. Unsure whether the problem is in the title bar or the toolbar.

EXPECTED RESULT
No flicker.

This is a known issue due to the fact that the decoration and the rest of the app are drawn separatedly and is not yet possible to synchronize perfectly frame by frame their color transitions
