Preview of the issue happening.

SUMMARY
There is a small delay between active and inactive state on the Windows when using a color scheme with Header/HeaderBar color on it which affects the default Breeze Light and almost any theme with Header/HeaderBar colors, an issue that has been ocurring since KDE Plasma 5.21 which this feature was introduced.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Keeps opening the Start Menu.
2. An delay will be noted at any window selected with header color, between it's active and inactive states.

OBSERVED RESULT
The windows between the states of active and inactive will display an delay on it's Header, similar to a vsync issue.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be no delay between the window states, similar to when using an color scheme with no header colors only TitleBar colors, like Breeze Classic.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: 5.13.0-48-generic
KDE Plasma Version: 5.25.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.95.0
