Existem duas ações (Substituir..., Recarregar) que querem usar o mesmo atalho (Ctrl+R). Isto provavelmente é um erro. Relate ele em bugs.kde.org.

Eu uso o Ubuntu 20.04.1 TLS.

This was fixed in version 3.8.4.
