to reproduce just open the kid3 from the menu, i am on gnome destop with linux 5
If you are on Gnome, you probably should rather use the kid3-qt package, which does not use KDE libraries. This message comes from within some internal KDE library. If you still want to use the KDE version `kid3` and not `kid3-qt`, you can get rid of the notification by deleting or reassigning the shortcut. See also an earlier answer to the same problem: https://invent.kde.org/multimedia/kid3/-/issues/495.
Urs Fleisch you are right, thank you. Then I am wondering if "K" on KID3 stand specific for KDE then ID 3 refer to MP3 tags.
You are right, the K is for "KDE" and the rest for "ID3". For a bit of Kid3 history, see - https://sourceforge.net/blog/psst-hey-kid3-want-a-great-music-file-tagger/ - https://showroom.qt.io/kid3/
