STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Install k3b 2. Attempt to access a Video DVD to rip a video DVD track 3. Track rip fails with a note about transcode not being installed 4. Attempt to find transcode - it is not available. OBSERVED RESULT Transcode is missing. EXPECTED RESULT k3b installs with required dependencies, or fails to install.
