SUMMARY
Regression. This issue was fixed in Bug 384747 but in the latest 5.15.2 packages from Kubuntu this is broken again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Go into Configure Task Manager
2. Under Groupings and Settings select Sorting and set to "By Desktop"
3. Under Groupings and Settings select Grouping and set "By Program Name"
4. Apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Tasks are not sorted by desktop.

EXPECTED RESULT
Tasks are sorted by deskop.
