Some of the icons used in the new system settings are wrong. The displayed icons are black and white, and not coloured like the others even if an appropriate icon exists.

What icon theme are you using? I see the correct icons using Breeze theme icons in KDE Neon.

I use the standard Breeze icon theme. The problem does not appear with other themes like Papirus.

Breeze has both colorful, as well as monochrome icons. Somewhere it is decided which to use, but this decision should be consistent.
