digiKam light on light tooltip (faulty)

Running digiKam on Windows, the tooltips are unreadable while using default light theme. The text in tooltip is displayed using a very light grey text color over light yellow background color, making it absolutely unreadable.

On dark themes like the LowKey one, the tooltip is correctly readable (dark text color over light background color). Dark themes can't be used as workaround because of bug #382366 (dark icons on dark background).

See this another screenshot of a correctly contrasted tooltip for comparison (only available via dark them).
