dark icon on dark background when setting a dark theme on Windows

While settings a dark theme one Windows (like the LowKey one), the dark grey colored icons are still used, making them almost invisible over the dark grey background. See picture for an example.

In the digiKam setup you can switch to Breez-Dark (light icons) icon theme.
