If I try to upload a file to a website (like uploading an image to an image board for example), it would be very nice to have some extra actions available when I right click a file from the file upload dialog. As it is currently, we only have 2 actions to choose from when right clicking in that dialog. 1. Show Hidden Files 2. Show Size Column I spend a fair amount of time trying to introduce people to KDE and one of the few common complaints I hear from people that does not seem to have a solution is the inability to open or rename files from the file upload dialog. Any chance of having these actions added to the right click context menu? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. visit a website with a button prompting a file upload dialog 2. right click on a file within the file upload dialog 3. As you can see there are only the 2 actions I mentioned above and there is no way to open a file or rename it from there (opening dolphin and navigating to the same location to open/rename is not an ideal solution in my opinion) Actual Results: Only "Show Hidden Files" and "Show Size Column" appear in the right click menu Expected Results: It should show other available actions as well. Here is a list of the actions I think should be included right-click-> 1. Rename 2. Move to Trash 3. Delete 4. Open 5. Open With 6. Properties
I appologize if this is posted in the wrong product category. I wasn't really sure which "product" this is.

Sorry, that's the GTK file dialog.
(In reply to comment #3) > Sorry, that's the GTK file dialog. Oops, you are right. I'll upload a screenshot of KDialog to which this feature request still applies as far as rename and open actions go.
