Catch the lack of a parentpart earlier

I suspect bugs like 315026 are caused by us passing a 0 parentPart sometimes,
so make sure that asserts.

However, I'm still rather puzzled because the autosave doesn't crash
Krita here.

I can't replicate the crash, so maybe is another cause, not the changing
size of the brush
