Since you are using an *alpha* version of kdelibs my guess is that you have not recompiled Plasma NM against that kdelibs version. I have never seen a crash like this before and this part of Plasma NM's source code has rarely been touched in the past five years. Try recompiling Plasma NM against that your kdelibs.
