in the login screen options> theme> get new themes, after installing a new theme (ex: caledonian KDM), it does not show up on the list in the theme tab, even though it appears to have installed from the get new themes screen.

This is either a duplicate of bug 255453 (the theme is downloaded, but not to the root location kdm looks into), or bug 286394 / bug 179948 (the theme does not conform to the guidelines).
