- What I was doing when the application crashed: 
Crash came as I attempted to drag the pannel from the top of the screen to the left side.
Prior to this I had attempted to delete the pannel which had failed several times.

Wonder of wonders, after the crash delete was successful :).

This is a 2 head system and I already had a pannel on the main head.
