seems non-newspaper page, like ordinary desktop / folder view can not be locked in plasma-netbook, but it can work well in plasma-desktop.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Add new page with desktop
2. click icon in left bottom corner

Actual Results:  
can not lock page

Expected Results:  
lock page should appear

I'm running plasma-netbook, and I can confirm this. Pages with "Newspaper" or "Search and Launch" layouts display a "lock page" button in the cashew bar. Pages using "Folder" or "Desktop" layouts do not.

Three bugs with close, but slightly different descriptions:
bug 290063 locking never works (can confirm for 4.7.4)
bug 268437 locking only works for newspaper layout 
bug 251434 also ACPI issues (cannot confirm)

So, question here: Does this still only happen in non-newspaper layouts?

As explained in bug 290063 I can no longer reporduce this bug in 4.8.3. I'm assuming it is fixed, but feel free to show me wrong.
