This bug seems to be related to a corrupted pixmap cache and not to KWallet.

Try deleting all of the .index and .data files in /var/tmp/kdecache-$USER/kpc (where $USER is you username). If possible, do that before logging into KDE, if that's not possible, restart KDE right after that.
