Description Vovochka 2010-02-17 03:59:54 UTC
Version: (using KDE 4.4.0)
Installed from: openSUSE RPMs

Sometimes while playback in amarok, when it's time for a next song or u just clicking next song, a system notifies me that "Analog Audio Device .. doesn't work, switching to.." after that amarok is't able to play something. Only restart of amarok helps.

When i was using a pulse backend (via xine module :-D) there where no such problems.

Can somebody confirm this? I never use Pulseaudio and can't reproduce this at all, but running Kubuntu, not OpenSuSE

Please use another backend, the xine backend is deprecated as the upstream development is stalled.

You can choose between the gstreamer backend or the vlc backend, both are actively developed and maintained.
