Version: 1.2.8 (using KDE 3.5.8, Debian Package 4:3.5.8.dfsg.1-4 (lenny/sid)) Compiler: Target: i486-linux-gnu OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.22.9-vs2.2.0.4 Many Feeds have "digests", which are as boring as redundant, and i would like to filter them with static rules or even a real spamfilter.

As this bug is asking for filters in general (and Bug 166207 which also asks for filters in general has been marked as a dupe) I am changing the Summary to remove the SPAM-specific wording.
I suppose that this bug would depend upon Bug 165664, which requests the ability to move individual messages.
This should be closed - Duplicate of Bug 85615: idea: virtual folders
No, Thomas, this bug and bug 85615 ask for two different things. This bug asks that new RSS feed items be filtered into different folders upon receipt. Of course, that depends on the ability to move individual RSS feed items in general, which is what bug 165664 requests. Bug 85615 asks that feed items that are already in their folders be searched and those meeting specific criteria be shown in a virtual folder. This is different from the current bug in that relevant feed items will be shown TWICE in the hierarchy: once in their original folder and again in the virtual folder.
Ah. My apologies.
