[FMSettings] MaximumTabLength=20 MinimumTabLength=20 These settings create another problem... it seems that dynamic tab-resizing is completely turned off then, that means as soon as I have 8+ tabs, I get the ugly horizontal scrollbuttons. Also, the title of the tab is not centered, but left-aligned. IMHO this is the best way for tabs to work: As long as the tabbar is not full: Constant tab width As soon as the tabbar gets full: Dynamic tab resizing *** Bug 77554 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 263296 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 268847 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** The reporter of bug 263296 notes that different tab widths may cause problems when closing tabs quickly. Bug 263296 and bug 268847 have some illustrating screen shots. Present in KDE 4.5.95 and it looks ugly 4.6.95 |
