Version: 3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.90 (CVS >= 20040117), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.2.3 20030422 (Gentoo Linux 1.4 3.2.3-r3, propolice) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-gentoo-r6 Opera has a nice feature that allows you to undo closing windows (though in Konq they'd be tabs) and undo creating new windows. I think having an option to at least undo closing a tab would be nice, because I have more than once accidently closed tabs when trying to switch to them while waiting for the current tab to load its webpage, and suddenly the width changes to hold the page title and I click the close button instead. I suppose adding an option to have fixed widths would fix this, so I decided to put both these two feature requests in one report. Either would help much for this particular problem .

I also really like to see the addition of an "undo close tab" feature to Konqueror. This would make Konqueror an even better web browser.
Bugs should not contain multiple different things. http://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=84802 about unclosing tabs has almost 800 votes. That leaves fixed-width tabs for this wish. Although it is not clear whether they are still desired when unclosing of tabs comes to be. Possibly it would be trivial to implement. Currently there are minimum and maximum sizes for tabs. Maximum being used when few tabs are open and minimum being used when very many tabs are open. Setting those values to the same value would result in fixed-width tabs. All that is needed is making these values accessable to the user.
Undo feature is implemented, #87689 covers second wish *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 87689 ***
