We disable screen edges and hotcorners in fullscreen apps in Plasma 5.25 because it was driving people crazy in fullscreen videos and games. Unfortunately there's no way to distinguish between one of those and a productivity app you happen tpo be using in fullscreen mode where yo don't want them disabled. In 5.25.1, we fixed the weird issue of the blue glow appearing despite not actually triggering anything. I see, that's very unfortunate as I would have said activating Overview with a hot corner in fullscreen was desired functionality but majority rules :) Thanks for the clarification, I can always use the keyboard shortcut. Actually, I just remember that we made this configurable. You can change it in System Settings > Workspace Behavior > Screen edges > Check the checkbox saying "Remain active when windows are fullscreen". This is excellent, thank you! I probably should've checked but I thought it was a regression, apologies! Should've known considering how customisable Plasma is. Thanks again! *** Bug 455725 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 455816 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 455907 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** *** Bug 455725 has been marked as a duplicate of this bug. *** |
