+1 Please report one issue per ticket. The issues you describe are even in multiple unrelated software components, so this ticket cannot be assigned to a specific category. Hi Christoph. I have no idea to which software components each thing relates to, to me it all looks like "System Tray Widget". I couldn't even find a generic "Plasma Widgets" project in here: https://bugs.kde.org/enter_bug.cgi since it has over a hundred categories. Please let me know it there is a better category or way to report this. I am not disposed to split this in 10 different bugs to just have them closed as invalid. I am willing to help and interested in seeing this fixed for me and everyone, but I'd rather not loose my time. > not loose my time If you do not want to contribute with your time, you can also contribute in other ways, see https://community.kde.org/Get_Involved Hi Christoph, thank you for the link, I'll check it out. You misunderstood me, however :) I am fine in splitting this in individual bugs if that truly helps your tracking, but I am not willing to do so *if* they all end up being closed as not being the correct category. *That* would be loosing my time :) I have the feeling that the System Tray needs a review and an usability pass in general and that individual bugs would not help that much, but that's up to you. I still don't know in which software component to file each issue. Issues for system tray are tracked at 'plasmashell/System Tray', but it is not important that you find the correct component; we can re-assign per ticket. Note that Slackware is a very young distribution to try Plasma 5 integration, so some issues might indeed be closed, because they are not reproducible on more experienced KDE distributions. I found 'plasmashell/System Tray', thanks! Surprisingly, after re-testing the issues on my computer today, most of them didn't happen! Which got me confused until I understood that most only happens after using the settings once. Therefore I don't think these are Slackware specific problems, but probably just visible on the first time use.
