If I enable something in the Extras and apply, It will not show in the Entries until I restart the dialog.

1) Open the settings and confirm the Entries are all there.
2) Disable/Enable something from the extras.
3) Apply.
4) check the entries.
-> the entry was not removed or added.

Note, sometimes, they're all gone.

I cannot reproduce, probably fixed as part of BUG 390890
