*** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 340247 *** I am sorry I cannot help you with this problem, but I wonder if you can help *me*. It looks as though you had a trouble-free dialog with Dr Konqi when submitting this report, which is as it should be. But, although I have put a fix into Dr Konqi for KDE 4.14.2 and 4.14.3, some people are still having trouble with it. See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=337742#c35, "Error sending the crash report: /Received unexpected error code 410 from bugzilla. Error message was: You must log in before using this part of KDE bugtracking system.../". Please can you answer a few small questions: a) Did you get a 410 message like the above? b) Were you already logged in to the bugs.kde.org web pages via your browser? c) Which browser do you use? Re b), you can check this by going to bugs.kde.org in your browser. If you are already logged in, it says "Log out <your login ID>" at the top right. Thanks in advance for your help. |
