Description scott 2004-12-15 11:54:56 UTC
Version: (using KDE KDE 3.3.2)
Installed from: SuSE RPMs

I have set my default browser to be Firefox, however when I open Konqueror and type an address into the address bar and press enter or click go - the page opens up in Firefox.

I have looked at resolved bug 83133 but I consider this to be a seperate issue, surely if I type a location into Konqueror, it should open in Konqueror?

I have noticed that as well. It's very annoying - I use Firefox by default, but want to make sure my code is valid in Konqueror, and can't do this because of that behaviour. (RPM install of KDE 3.3.1)

i have seted as default browser mozilla-firefox.

now i open a generic software, click on a link but this link runs konqueror and firefox.

in konqueror the web page is not loaded while firefox loads page correctly.

The problem is that kde runs konqueror, konqueror runs my default browser.

This is sad.
