Version:            (using KDE KDE 3.2.2)
Installed from:    Unspecified Linux

Maximize window. Move mouse all the way to the right and top.
Press left mouse button. Window does not close.
Only kstep window decoration obeys this. And it has strange images for actions. 

I know this is probably not something developers are responsible for, but...

   Please stop filing generic bug reports against Konqueror.  File them 
against the appropriate component.  Not doing so creates extra work for 
developers and slows things down.  For instance, this bug should be filed 
against kwin. (in which case it will probably be closed anyway...)
