I have tried to use the gnomemeeting plugin ....but it doesnt work without a msn-account. I have my asterisk server which supports sip, h323 and iax as protocols and would like to use it with kopete.

this would still require the use of a protocol's features in that area, and since you mentioned asterisk, bug 80791 describes adding support for asterisk
