Hm I'm not sure if this is the same as bug 85877. I recompiled from CVS just a few minutes ago and the bug with windows not comming back from fullscreen is still here. I think this bug is about (de)maximazing windows (which works just fine here) and my bug is about fullscreen (Ctrl+Shift+F with keyboard) mode, which is still here.

Has this bug been fixed? How can i fix it?
Update to KDE 3.3 [Release Candidate 1].
This bug isn't solved for me on rc1!!, if I disable "allow resizing and moving of maximized windows". Then I can't restore any window and the "fullscreen" option isn't available if the window is maximized. I think these two problems are closely related. (Gentoo)
For me (3.3 rc1) it does work (I can unmaximize windows), but what doesn't work is the option "allow resizing and moving of maximized windows". No matter if it checked or not, I can move and resize maximized windows. Unfortunately, I am also using Gentoo.
