OS:          Linux (i686) release 2.6.4-rc1

This bug has been in konq for a while. On the newsaskew.com web page, whenever the java applet on the upper right hand side is scrolling, it causes the scrolling of the web page itself to halt, untill the java applet is done its scrolling. This is a very anoying bug simply because If you are trying to read the page, this will happen once every 5 secounds.
