Version: (using KDE KDE 3.2.0) Installed from: Debian stable Packages Every time I want to toggle threading view for the message list, I have hard time to find it. One would expect it to be present in the 'View' menu (its name matches this function meaning, View menu contains four other options related to message threading). But ... 'show threads' is placed withing 'Folder' menu, where it seems innatural, especially considering that all the other options in this menu are rather backend-related. So I would recommend moving show threads option from 'Folder' to 'View' menu. It would be also nice if there was some method of toggling threading without resorting to menu. I saw some mail program (not sure which at this moment) where there were small icon just in the titlebar for the message list pane. In kmail it could be placed left to the 'Subject' label, so it lies just over thread indicator line while in threading view. The icon could be 'pressed' while viewing in thread mode and depressed while not - and of course clickable to switch.
It's not a 100% dupe, but so _very_ close, that I am duping this to bug 42538 and I will add a comment there. *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of 42538 ***
