Version: 3.1.4-6 (using KDE KDE 3.1.4) Installed from: RedHat RPMs Mozilla provides a 'keyword' field when filing a bookmark. The keyword can also be set when editing bookmarks. Keywords provide an easy way to pull up a page: instead of typing in the url or navigating an hierarchy of bookmark folders, a nice, short word tells mozilla that it should pull up the desired page. This feature would really benefit konqueror. The closest that konqueror comes to it is to provide internet keywords that must be entered in a separate menu. It would really be convenient if: 1. keywords for bookmarks could be entered in the "Exit Bookmarks" window, and 2. such updates be reflected in the internet keywords table Thanks Manoj Rajagopalan
This feature is very usefull in firefox/mozilla :-) Just open a tab, type your (short) keyword, and you got your website !

Please have a look at 128004 as well.
I think, 128004 asks another feature. The initial feature of this ticket (78450) is to associate a shortcut keyword to a bookmark. And this ticket talks about bookmarks classification (that could be interesting too).
