Version: 3.2.0 (using KDE 3.2.90 (CVS >= 20040117), compiled sources) Compiler: gcc version 3.3.1 (Mandrake Linux 9.2 3.3.1-4mdk) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.4-rc2 There's a script in www.serialtv.it that slows down konqueror. It's a script that scrolls news and stop every x seconds. I can't click any link (because the site is frozen) until it stops...
works for me kde3.2.1 gentoo linux 2.6.4 flashplayer 6.0.81
i think the issue here is that javascript in konquoeror make heavy use of the cpu i run gentoo with kde 3.2.1 on a Athlon XP 3200+. During news scrolling X uses ~80% CPU, when the scrolling stops it's about 8%
