OS:          Linux

When we have two screen (and we don't use Xinerama), the internationalisation on the second screen is not our choice. For example, i'm using the french version of KDE and on my second screen, desktop or panel menu (right click) are still in english, like the K menu, etc.. Just applications are in the selected language.

Bug closed. Kdesktop is no more mantained.
