If you put the mouse cursor over a link the link usually is highlighted (e.g. underlined).

If you don't move the mouse but instead scroll using the scroll wheel so that a link lies under the mouse cursor the link isn't highlighted.

Not very annoying, but could be fixed in future versions. :-)

This is technically the same issue as in bug 58869

Bug 58869 has been marked as fixed in 2004 and it's fixed for me. However, I experience this bug (59994). Therefore I believe that the two bugs are unrelated and so this one should be reopened.
