Compiler:          3.2.2 -march=athlon-xp -O3 -pipe
OS:          Linux

On some pages tooltips are displayed over the links. If you move the mouse the tooltips disappears correctly, but if instead you use the mouse wheel the tooltips stay. See also bug #39583 .

How to reproduce :
- enter the url http://www.tnl.net/ in konqueror.
- move the mouse over one link that has a tooltips (ex: Online Absence )
- wait for the tooltip to be displayed.
- Use the mouse wheel.

Expected result : The tooltip should disappear.
Result: The tooltip is displayed.

This bug seems to have disappered. (Is fixed in bug 39583). But bug 59994 is NOT a duplicate of this bug :-) 59994 describes a situation where the tooltip does not show. While this bug describes a situation where the tooltip will not go away.
