It would be nice if one could customize what headers are shown. One could imagine adding an entry View/Headers/Customized Headers which allows one to switch to this customized view. One could take the fancy header style as the basis and just add fields depending on the user's customization. 

This is especially useful since it seems as if the reply button replies to the Reply-To: field which is not shown in fancy headers. If one were able to customize the headers shown, this could easily be fixed.
