Version: 3.1.1 (using KDE 3.1.1) Compiler: gcc version 2.95.4 20011002 (Debian prerelease) OS: Linux (i686) release 2.4.20-1gc My problem is when I click on a gpg-signed message for which I don't have the public key in Kmail, it hangs for several minutes. It is the same if Kmail tries to open the message when changing of directory. I checked and my gpg.conf contains the option auto-key-retrieve. It makes it since I use the OpenPGP plugin as described here: http://kmail.kde.org/kmail-pgpmime-howto.html I don't use Pinentry-Qt but Pinentry-GTK since pinentry-qt crashes at the same time it opens up (It has worked a while but yet doesn't). I use Kmail version 1.5.1 with KDE3.1.1a on Debian Sarge. The only way I have found to pass is to wait for Kmail's come back and to manually do a gpg --recv-keys. I also searched in the plugin options but I didn't find anything. If someone can help.
