Please enable the viewing of "file://" URL's in messages.

I have an application for this feature.  There are probably others.

Some people have raised questions about security of such a feature, but
it escapes me how launching a designated viewer from Kmail can be any
more dangerous than launching it from, say, Konqueror.  Also, Pine has 
this feature already.
